We urgently need fosterers and we thought who better than Duke to help us. Duke came into Waterford pound before Christmas. He was rehomed from the pound and returned again in January. He remained in the pound until March as we simply had no foster home for him. This was all so stressful for him. Finally we had a suitable foster home for him and he was out. The picture on the left is when he was in the pound. The picture on the right is recently in his foster home.
Duke has done great in foster but there are lots of other dogs in the pound just waiting for their chance. We need foster homes urgently as at present we have no room for any more dogs. At present we particularly need adult foster homes and foster homes where there are no other dogs - this is for dogs (like Duke) who need a bit of time and space to chill out after a very stressful experience.
We provide lots of guidance and support as well as a crate and food and anything else you might need. If you are interested in fostering please go to www.adoglslife.ie and fill out foster form. ... See MoreSee Less
Still looking for his forever homeMy name is Buttons and I am a 9-12 month old terrier male. I am good with other dogs and get on great with my foster sister willow (in the pics). I am still just a baby though and I like to do puppy things like helping unroll the toilet roll and shredding tissues :). I love people and making new friends. I am an active, boy but I also like settling on a lap at night. I am house trained and crate trained. I am an alert little man. I am good on lead and in the car and I love to play tug of war with toys and Willow. I love my walks and meeting everyone out and about. I could go as an only dog or ideally with another for company and with older children (8+) as I could jump up on small ones - I am excited to meet everyone. My foster mum says I am a joy! If you think you can offer me the loving forever home that I deserve please go to www.adogslife.ie and fill out adoption form. ... See MoreSee Less
